A huge thank you to our volunteers that come to crits each week, without you guys there would be no racing. C-grade missed out on having their Prim section so they will have two next week. It was great to see so many riders this week and it would be great to build on these numbers again in the coming weeks. Results follow...

Numbers continue to build as the Criterium season gets underway spurred on by the new scoring system...

Last night was the beginning of the point score season. First place received 5 points, second 3 points and third 1 point. There was a prime lap mid race which was held at the starter’s discretion which was worth 3 points. It was great to see so many new faces at racing. Please remember to make these people feel welcomed by getting to know them better.

Tonight marked the start of the Criterium season at our Toormina track which was raced in windy conditions...

Bellow is the latest road point score

The road race club championships have been run and won. 39 riders signed on, on a warm Saturday afternoon to decide the outcome of the 7 grades. A grade winner Dan Alcock, B grade Andrew Hillier, C grade Greg Sullivan, D grade Emma Richardson, U15 Ethan Berends, U13 Shaun Cameron, U11 Ky Sullivan. This was the last road race of the year.

The kind winter weather continued for the riders at Bonville on Saturday.
We had a total of 36 riders for the long course on Saturday 13th Aug.
Some juniors were missing due to the Armidale Junior event.

he headwind of the previous week had abated, and riders were once again set the longer course to Raleigh, to help prepare them for the upcoming C.ex Group Tour Coffs on the 20th and 21st of August.

We had 35 riders in total for the race.
