To Chissy, Rich B and Andy Hillier for the road race director positions and racing format for the year, great work. Thanks to Alan Miller, Dave Leckenby and Girmesh for Club Captain, Web and Roster manager positions. Thanks again to those for all work put into the Country Track Champs, Road Racing, Crit and Track Racing. Special thanks again to Geoff and Tracy Hardaker for your tireless efforts throughout the year, it is appreciated. Thanks also to Sue, Garry, Aaron, Danny, Kev and Rich B for your work and involvement in the track, junior training and development team throughout the year, nice initiative and great work, thanks very much.
Thanks also to the parents and club members for participating in the various events throughout the year.
As with any club we rely heavily on voluntary participation and contributions towards club events from its members and supporting parents. As with most clubs it seems to be those most passionate about the particular sport that continue to keep the club running. The same people as always are the ones organising and running the events.
For the club to continue to grow in members and evolve it will always need fresh ideas and enthusiasm from all of its members.
I invite all members to participate not only in racing but in the monthly meetings and organising the events, your contribution in these areas would be well received and invaluable.
