Come and have some fun on your mountain bike and learn some new skills. Cost is just $5 a session, or free if you bring your mtba licence or BMX race licence or road licence...
Ages 8 to 10 - 30 mins of mountain biking fun. Meet other riders, learn some new skills.
Ages 11 to 12 - 1 hour 15 mins. First 30 minutes of fun and skills, then a ride around Cows with Guns to check out the track and try out your new skills. Open to everyone.
You need to bring – a mountain bike or bmx bike in good working condition. Open helmet (not full face), covered shoes, water, snacks and mum, dad or a guardian.

Meet at Cows with Guns – off Pine Creek Way turn at Sid Burke rest area, drive along Hunters Road to Ross Trail and then through the gate to Cows with Guns track.

Parents and guardians need to bring the riders and stay for the session. If you have children under 8 who want to ride you can take them for a ride while the older ones are busy.All sessions will be run by mountain bike coaches. Qualified first aiders will be on site. Nearest toilets are at Sid Burke Rest area.
